Our Manufacturing Press and Body shop Department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products suitable for volume production.
In order to effectively restart and build up our new team in Press and Body shop, we are now looking for an experienced Supervisor.
Description
The Press and Body Shop Departments, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Manufacturing Organization. You will report to the Production Manager for the Press and Body shop.
The role as Supervisor for Press and Body Shop involves to:
• Be responsible for managing the operations and personnel in a production area
• Ensure delivery of products to downstream
• Lead, coach and train their staff
• Coordinate the preparation of the main flow with station building
• Have contacts with suppliers of services and materials
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Extensive knowledge and at least 5 years of manufacturing
• Experience, preferably from the automotive industry
• Experience in personnel management
• Knowledge in Lean Production System
To be successful in your role, you have the ability to
• Act and make decisions in time
• Inform and motivate others
• Solve problems
• Listen and build effective teams
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
For this position, personal character is a significant factor in the selection process.

Collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
