Vestas is looking for a driven student worker to join our Insurance & Risk team forming part of our global Legal, Risk & Compliance organization. The Insurance & Risk department is an integrated part of our Global Risk team and having global responsibility for Vestas' insurance contract risk management setup with a wide range of legal, risk and insurance assignments. The team consists of 9 highly experienced professionals who are both located in Denmark to handle all corporate insurance matters, and located in the regions to support the Sales Business Units in their contract risk management and regional insurance matters. This position is meant to support regional risk management in the Sales Business Unit Northern & Central Europe (NCE), having its primary stakeholders in regional Legal, Sales, Service and Procurement.

Responsibilities
Administration and monitoring updates on global and local insurance lines maintained for the region
Assist the regional risk manager in insurance & risk related contract reviews
Support the regional business organization with insurance policy information and related documentation
Support the continuous development of contracting guidance related to risk & insurance matters, and assist internal training of stakeholders
Assist in risk assessment and risk analysis tasks and projects
Support the continuous alignment with the wider department of Legal, Risk & Compliance, as well as with transactional lawyers and Sales, Service and Procurement colleagues in the NCE region on risk analysis tasks, processes and templates
Qualifications
Currently studying a university degree on the last year of Bachelor degree or have just started your Master degree within Law, Risk Management & Insurance or similar.
Independent and result oriented while supporting collaboration and team spirit.
Possess an aspirational mindset and be eager to learn - Can do attitude.

You are flexible towards monthly working schedule and can support deliveries with shifting deadlines. We support flexibility in exam periods.
Working experience in a multinational environment are an advantage
Fluent in English - both verbal and written
Competencies
You are skilled with a legal understanding, basic insurance knowledge and risks assessment competencies and able to communicate it at different levels in multiple ways. Ability to present relatively complex content in a simple understandable way.
Thrive on working in an international environment with many stakeholders, with a service-minded attitude and good interpersonal skills
You have a structured and pragmatical mindset, a good ability to define priorities and also at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done
You can work with little supervision on routine- as well as on new projects
You are enthusiastic and have a high motivation for impact and delivering results - setting the bar high

Additional information
You will be hired in Malmö, Sweden, in Copenhagen, Denmark or in Hamburg, Germany. This is a part time position (15hrs per week)
