ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Strategic Purchaser, you take aleading role in improving the sourcing process for all categories related to Indirect Materials. Youhave the responsibility to identify, qualify, and provide supplier sources for products that shall meet design requirements, support business objectives, and represents best value to the company.We aim to adopt a forward-looking approach to supplier selection, focusing on mid to long-term perspectives. Our goal is to ensure the stability and sustainability of our current supplier base while also laying a strong foundation for future supplier relationships
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will work close with the organization andcollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Procure parts, services, and consumables needed for production and development.
Optimize inventory and stock levels of purchased components.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure the best possible terms.
Identify and assess potential risks (such as quality, financial, property matters) throughout the supply chain, and develop backup plans.
Evaluate and oversee supplier and contract performance, ensuring they meet established standards.
Lead the process of onboarding and offboarding withsuppliers when needed.
Support Sourcing managers in completion of tasks.
QUALIFICATION'S & EXPERIENCE

We value your personal qualities highand believe that you are a person who enjoys being in a changing environment where no days are the same.
2-4 years relevant experience in the field.
Master or bachelor's degree in relevant area.
High skills within Supply Chain techniques including planning, TCO, logistics and quality processes.
Advanced language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Proficient in Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Word andSAP-system.
Strong negotiation skills
