Our Outlet Store in Haparanda is one of Haglöfs biggest and profitable stores. As a Store Manager you will play an important part in contributing to Haglöfs' continued success. Apart from overall responsibility for managing the store and its employees, you will also play a crucial role in securing that our brand and our products are presented in line with brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for offering excellent in store customer service by delivering professionalism, deep product knowledge and a touch of personal touch when interacting with customers.
Main responsibilities and tasks
• Responsible for the store's budget, profitability and sales
• Presenting brand and products in line with brand guidelines
• Plan for and execute campaigns and new collections together with the sales and marketing departments
• Plan and manage orders, stock levels and inventory
• Managerial responsibilities for store staff
Profile
We are looking for a person who aspires to develop within retail store management and has a genuine interest in outdoor products and lifestyle. To be successful in this role you should have/be:
• 3-5 years' experience from store management or equal positions
• Experience from leading and managing teams
• Result oriented and have experience from sales and customer service oriented environments
• A natural relationship builder with strong social and communication skills
• Structured, able to administrate and plan ahead
• A general understanding of the flow of goods and the retail business value chain
• Language skills, English and Finnish
