hela Sverige On behalf of The Absolut Company, Add logistics is now looking for a Stock Logistics Manager for POS (Point of Sales) materials based at the Pernod Ricard office in Årsta, Stockholm.

The position
Your key responsibilities will be to support the delivery of The Absolut Company's business objectives via excellence in operational marketing. Also to ensure that the flow of POS (point of Sales) materials is optimized and distributed to all Pernod Ricard affiliates, cost efficiently and in time. Day to day execution consist of:
• Keeping track and making sure stock levels of POS materials are optimized.
• Responisble for shipments of POS materials.
• Optimizing flow of campaign materials.
• Perform and act in accordance to overall company business objectives.
• Invoicing of POS materials.
• Global scope.
The contract period for this position will run from 1st of April to 30th of September 2012.
The candidate
We are looking for a person who has a brand understanding and that understands the industry. International work experience from purchase and logistics as well as experience from negotiations with transport companies and shipping is required. You must have good project management skills and excellent communication skills (written and spoken English is critical). You should be able to take own initatives and to focus on customers and execution. You should show a high degree of intergrity, have strong social and interpersonal skills, team oriented and structured with attention to details. You should have a general knowledge of international delivery terms.
