JOB MISSION
As a Cartier Stock administrator & Sales associate, you are primarily responsible for the application of all Cartier stock procedures and you ensure the daily management of the boutique stock. At the same time, you are an ambassador of the brand and able to create a unique and great client experience by giving professional and customer made advice and service to our customers about our products, not only during a sale but also after a sale. Also you are able to develop your client portfolio and maintain a good relationship with the customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily Stock Management
Manages all stock transfers (reception, departure, BTQ-BTQ, BTQ-Corp, BTQ-Corp-Specialist).
Controls the quality of all stock transfers (reception and departure).
Manages client reservations.
Manages consignments.
Prepares pieces for display.
Price labelling.
Price changes.
2. Inventories
Manages the annual count.
Manages the cycle count.
Manages the spot count.
3. Sales Achievements
By adapting to the client needs, you fully master the sales process and you meet individual and collective boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative. Furthermore, you ensure a unique and exceptional client experience by transmitting the passion and values of our Maison and by providing an exceptional (After Sales) service.
4. Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
You efficiently develop a client portfolio by cultivating a strong client relationships and by developing client loyalty. You effectively execute targeted CRM actions and participate to client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison.
5. Daily Boutique Operations
Respecting all brand and boutique policies and procedures, you participate actively to
Inventories, to the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique. You assist with the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines and with special projects when requested.
COMPETENCIES, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
At least completed higher vocational commercial administrative education
Excellent organization & administrative skills. Accurate, precise and analytical. Good computer literacy, advanced Excel skills and preferably SAP experience.
Min. 2-3 years successful working experience in a stock administrative role in the Luxury Retail Industry (experience with Watches & Jewelry is a plus).
Good commercial skills and some years of sales experience
Strong service and client orientation
Well-developed interpersonal skills

Being able to multitask & flexible mindset
You have the ability to work independently
