hela Sverige The Procurement department is based in the head office in Stockholm and is part of the Lubricants Supply Chain within our Special Products Business unit. The Lubricants Supply Chain organization is responsible to manage our supply chain for special product. We work close together with suppliers, R&D, Category management and the plants and warehouse operations in Sweden and Poland. We have a firm objective and strong focus to strengthen the strategic sourcing to deliver a competitive cost level and become more efficient.
We are now looking for a Strategic Buyer to become an important part of our team who will support the development of the procurement function. We are looking for a team member that has experience and competence from strategic procurement in an international environment and has the ability to drive change and deliver result.
Responsibilities
• Develop, align and drive execution on Procurement Category strategies for purchased materials
• Develop and manage efficient supplier base development and sourcing solution for purchased materials
• Manage RFQ, supplier selections, negotiations and finalise agreements according to formally established procurement process
• Manage existing contracts, including making annual plan for contract renewal and renegotiations
• Market Intelligence: Structure input, sources, and follow up on external market development intelligence
• Include risk management in strategy and supplier selection
• Secure suppliers fulfilment of our HSE, ethical and quality requirements
• Pro-actively search for input and drive collaboration with internal key stakeholders, to secure cost effective formulations
• Deliver and manage optimized total cost of material. Drive Cost Down and Cost Out initiatives and deliver cost savings and value add
• Drive and manage improvement projects on the strategic plan for procurement

• University degree in business/engineering or equivalent education
• Purchasing education or equivalent knowledge earned through experience
• Project management training
• Min 5 years work experience
• Min 2 years of strategic procurement experience in international business with documented success in cost reductions and quality
• Successful experience of developing procurement function to increased performance
• Proven excellent skills in developing supplier relationships
• Documented excellent negotiation skills in complex settings
• Considerable experience in giving presentations for large audiences
• Excellent level of English
• Excellent level of Microsoft Office
• Basic level of generic procurement tools db and SAP

The Procurement department within Special products is responsible to source all direct material need for the lubricant operations and part of our retail operation. We are a team of drive and manage all the strategic sourcing activities from developing sourcing strategies to manage supplier selections, contracts, negotiations and supplier relationships.
