In this assignment you can be employed by Poolia or work as a subcontractor.
You will be located at our customer in Gothenburg and work in a global program with activities and staffing from several places, at the moment mainly in Europe and North America.

• In close cooperation with the Program Office and in the extension of Logistics Services, Process and IT and ITS; invstigate, plan and consolidate the future resource needs.
• Maintain one resource plan that shows what and when current resources will be off boarded and when we need to onboard new people.
• Be proative and look 6 months forward in time, based on planned activites. This requires a good process together with stakeholders such as project leads.
• Prepare and take lead in the Resource Governance preparation meetings.
• Keep our resource list and organization schedule up to date.
• Make sure that all resources have a signed HR agreement were applicable.
• Take lead in the on-boarding process.
• Other HR related tasks such as support to PBP, Leader Sourcing, talent review and Succession planning.
• Act as ambassador for the program.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• HR background - preferable from the automotive industry.
• Highly knowledgably in recruitment and staffing.
• Interpersonal skills and networking capabilities.
• High integrity.
• Good administrative skills - be able to explain and convey a message in various contexts (e-g- one to one and in management teams).
• Excellent in English is a must, French or Japanese a plus.
