We are looking for an SSN Sales Administration Manager who will be responsible for leading Customer Service and Design Handling, and coordinating with Logistics operations at the corresponding market group or at a specific MC, together with implementing global and cluster Demand and Supply strategies.
What You Will Do
Drive Customer Service and Design Handling performance
Secure customer supply chain integration and engagement with market company functions or at specific market company
Drive continuous improvement and process alignment
Represent Supply Chain needs in front of market company departments
We Believe You Have
At least 5-8 years in Supply Chain Operations and/or in a Business role
Proven experience in order management and design handling
Experience in leading and managing medium to small-sized teams or medium to small-sized organizations across geographies
Business awareness cross-functions
Commercial understanding
Project Management skills and experience
Good communication skills
Good stakeholder management skills
External network in the supply chain area
