TATAA Biocenter is a rapidly growing specialized CRO offering services to pharma, biotech and academic customers and is considered a leader in the field. With a team of scientists providing laboratory services across a broad range of molecular analysis technologies including qPCR, digital PCR, NGS, Olink and with expertise in genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics, TATAA is using cutting edge technologies to offer method development, assay validation and sample analysis services. Our laboratory is GLP ready and ISO 17025:2017 accredited, and also performs research grade assays.

As a Sr Laboratory Scientist at TATAA, you'll drive precision and excellence in molecular analysis, contributing to impactful global projects. You'll play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of innovative solutions, revolutionizing molecular analysis. Based in our modern Gothenburg facility, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to lead complex experiments, analyze data, and present insights. Your commitment to scientific advancement and upholding quality and safety will drive our shared success.
Your Essential Responsibilities Will Include
• Conduct laboratory tasks in the realm of molecular analysis, contributing to cutting-edge research.
• Analyze and report data with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Plan and execute laboratory measurements, including expert handling of RNA/DNA/Protein samples and data.
• Optimize and validate experiments, ensuring robust and reliable outcomes.
• Interpret data, synthesize findings, and prepare comprehensive result reports.
• Lead and execute complex laboratory testing and experiments to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data effectively to project teams, management, and external stakeholders.
KvalifikationerQualifications - Skallkrav
Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biological or Medical Sciences.
• Several years of Laboratory experience and enjoy working in the laboratory.
• Experience in nucleic acid experimental work, including hands-on-experience in qPCR, dPCR and/or NGS technology.
• Excellent conceptual understanding of a wide variety of molecular methods and their use in research or bioanalysis.
• Enthusiasm for exploring the potential of nucleic acid analysis.
Desirable Skills:
In addition to the core qualifications, the following skills would add significant value to your application:
• Experience working within a GLP/GCLP and/or ISO17025 laboratory environment.
• Background in regulated bioanalysis.
• Proficiency with Lab Automation and LIMS.
• Experience in Bioinformatics and/or Biostatistics.
• Publication record detailing experimental research on topics related to nucleic acids.
