We are now offering an opportunity for a talented and highly motivated individual to join us as Senior Business Analyst in Late CVRM BPO. Late CVRM develop cardiovascular, renal and metabolic drugs from phase 3 through submission and approval into life cycle management. BPO supports the four departments in Late CVRM; Clinical, Clinical Operations, Biometrics and Regulatory.

This position can be based either in Gothenburg, (Sweden), Cambridge (UK) or Warsaw (Poland).



What you'll do

As Senior Business Analyst, you will support the Late CVRM Business Planning and Operations (BPO) team and primarily support Capacity Management.

Your work is to ensure optimal usage of available resources to deliver the greatest level of productivity and maximum value for the organisation. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead of Capacity Management to ensure effective data management, tracking and reporting of resource data.



Main Duties and Responsibilities

*

Reconciling FTE demand, actuals, supply and resource allocation data from the Capacity Management reporting system (PLANIT/Planisware, Capit, Assigner and MYTIME)
*

Ensure data quality in the Capacity Management systems (PLANIT/Planisware, Capit, Assigner and MYTIME)
*

Facilitate functional demand algorithm development and implementation
*

Provide Capacity Management reports and visualisations
*

Use technical expertise to drive simplification and standardisation for Capacity Management reporting
*

Contribute to development, automation and maintenance of Late CVRM monthly dashboard and productivity metrics
*

Involvement in improvement initiatives that optimise capacity management tools & processes
*

Collaborate with GPPM (Global Portfolio & Project Management) and other functional Capacity management teams on analyses and reports
*

Support Finance Business Cycle



Essential for the role

*

Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification in relevant discipline
*

Familiar with capacity management system and/or portfolio management systems
*

Data management experience
*

Problem solving attitude with a focus on delivery
*

Experienced in creating simple to interpret business reports from large data sets
*

Technically strong with advanced knowledge and experience of working with Excel specifically for data analysis
*

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
*

Work independently, with ability to engage and collaborate
*

Experience of global team-working and communicating with key stakeholders
*

Champion of efficient and effective systems and processes



Desirable

*

Skills in PLANIT/Planisware (advanced skills preferred)
*

Experience of using Power BI
*

Communications skills (verbal and written)
*

Experience in process improvement projects
*

Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or equivalent
*

Master's degree
