As our Sourcing Manager, you'll ensure supplier performance meets our high standards for cost, quality, and delivery. This role provides strategic leadership, fostering collaboration across teams to capture requirements effectively and execute in alignment. By driving supplier performance and managing procurement strategies, this position supports overall project success and strengthens the company's leadership in the marine industry.
Key responsibilities
As Sourcing Manager, you'll set annual objectives and business plans with the Supply Chain Manager, aligning with our company strategy. You'll lead and develop a dynamic sourcing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
In this role, you'll oversee procurement throughout the product lifecycle, as well as develop and execute supplier relationship business plans. This to align our cost, technology, and continuous improvement goals. Strategic sourcing policies will reflect project and business requirements under your guidance, while you collaborate to integrate procurement requirements into these strategies and conduct stakeholder reviews for sourcing decisions.
Supplier performance will be another focus area, working closely with different stakeholders to implement corrective actions for underperforming suppliers. Compliance with company procurement policies, industry regulations, and environmental frameworks will be paramount, as you maintain accurate records and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support purchasing decisions and regulatory requirements.

Key Experiences and Qualifications
We are seeking you who has a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or related field. Several years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management, ideally in the marine or heavy industrial sector. Proven leadership in managing a team and/or supplier relationships, with knowledge of category management and cost reduction strategies, are essential. Familiarity with castings, forgings, or fabrications is a plus. High level of English is key to succeed.
