There are high demands on security of supply and quality, as well as focus on cost efficient supply.
Essential Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, like Manufacturing, R&D, Product Management, and Supplier Quality the Sourcing Leader participates in New Product Introduction projects as well as activities related to life-cycle management, quality and fulfilment. Supplier selection, continuous monitoring and development of suppliers is performed. The Sourcing Leader will build deep relationships with the strategic suppliers to ensure realization of the business objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Ability to work in Sweden (EU work permit)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or Business Administration
• Relevant work experience with technical depth/knowledge, Sourcing, Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain or Engineering experience
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
• International business experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree with a proven work experience in sourcing or procurement or significant work experience in sourcing or procurement
• Proven work experience with technical depth/knowledge in assigned commodities, or proven experience in Commercial Sourcing
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time
• Speak and write in Swedish and English fluently
• EU work permit
Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Knowledge and understanding of GEHC Purchasing Controls Procedure and associated Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that all purchased product and services conform to specified requirements
• Develop and maintaining of fully qualified and compliant supply base
Desired Characteristics:
• Excellent negotiations skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier or customer relationships
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
• Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
• Work experience from Electronics industry
