hela Sverige The Sourcing Functional Development Manager generates value for Ericsson by driving business, operational, organizational, technology and competence subject matters. The Sourcing Functional Development Manager proactively recognizes emerging trends, problems and business needs. Provides innovative solutions to be applied wherever necessary by designing, developing and securing deployment of strategies, policies, processes and tools in the own area of expertise, securing performance, ensuring consistency and globalization whilst providing expert advice within own Functional Area.
In your role as Sourcing Functional Development Manager your main task will include:
• Raise sustainability within the supply chain, focusing the subcontractors, with focus areas such as:
• Corporate responsibility
• Occupational hazard
• Quality of safety
• Code of Conduct
• Improve subcontractor audits
• Present and execute improvement and sustainability work
The role as Sourcing Functional Development Manager is a consultant work with start in immediate effect. The job is until the last of January 2023.
About you
We look for you whom is an excellent team player, possesses a profound communication skill, initiative, high work ethic attitude. The role contains a lot of team work so we see that you can create relations. Experience in working with similar questions on a look a like basis is seen as an extra meritorious.
We also see that you have a desire to improve work related to environmental and climate questions. You should be able to raise creative solutions which will raise the sustainability for the sub contracts within the supply chain.
Important for the role
• Profound English skills
• Excellent Knowledge in MS office
• Relevant university diploma
• 7 years of work experience
