Ericsson is looking for a Sourcing Business Partner for Telia, Sweden and Norway! The Sourcing Business Partner accounts will work closely with other team members in Customer Unit Northern & Central and will report to the Head of Sourcing Customer Unit Northern & Central Europe.
The location for the position is Kista, Sweden. Some travelling is required.
What you will do
Ensure early engagement in all business opportunities within the Telia KAM area, and other accounts for Sweden and Norway (pre sales), as well as sourcing overall responsibility and control of ongoing projects (post sales)
Ensure effective management of total spend; driving excellence in cost, supplier efficiency and quality in line with the profitability targets of the company
Ensure execution according to the company strategic sourcing process and requirements, working close with colleagues within the CU and global sourcing category teams
Ensure alignment and collaboration with business stakeholders, meeting business needs related to third parties
You will bring
Passion for driving and delivering impactful changes within Ericsson; ensuring that Sourcing is a real commercial partner within the business
Significant experience of sourcing / purchasing
Experience of working at a senior level within a large and complex organisation
Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders internally, good communication skills
Strong negotiation experience - either as a customer or a supplier
Flexibility and adaptability in an ambiguous environment
Solid sense of responsibility and ability to work in a cooperative manner across different teams and geographies with stakeholders and colleagues
University degree in Economics or Technology or equivalent experience
