Within the Solution Area Order, Supply and Sell we gather competencies as Solution owner and Solution Area Support.

Job Description
Your assignment as a Solution Owner is to ensure that the users of the solution have a relevant, user friendly and reliable solution that helps them achieve their business objectives. As Solution owner you work with business development, lifecycle management and operations for the assigned solutions, having an end-to-end accountability.
You manage budget for the assigned solution(s), provide budget input to the Solution Area and work with forecast and follow-up.
The Solution Owner has the best overall knowledge within IKEA of the solution and the domain it supports.
Qualifications
To be able to succeed in the role you should have competence that will contribute in this role but your personality and mindset is at least as important as your previous experience.
We believe you are enthusiastic, driven, structured and determined, and act as a role model for the
IKEA values. You are self-going and dare to take decisions. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships. You will network with people both internally and externally.
In addition, we believe that you possess the following:
Good knowledge within the Supply area at IKEA and its application landscape
Good knowledge in requirement management, test methods and tools connected to business acceptance.
Good knowledge in running and maintaining corporate IT solutions
Knowledge in the relevant business process, strategies and connections to other processes.
Experience from leading technical development and/or knowledge in software development is qualifying.
It's also advantageous, but not necessary, if you are experienced within the M3 solution.
