Our Solution management team oversees all NetEnts business tools, handling everything for the first request of a new tool through the implementation and development of the tool. The team of seven now needs to add another superstar who can focus on our Finance and HR- tools, but also be part of other projects within the team.
We are working with Dynamics AX 2012 as main system right now but are in the processes of upgrading/replacing it into a new finance an HR-tool, so you'll get the opportunity to be part of the journey from the start.
As a Solution manager you will get a unique insight to the company through collaboration with stakeholders on all different levels and will act as the specialist who adds business value to the organization.
Who are you?
To excel in this position, we think you have a previous experience from similar roles, perhaps as system owner of a HR or Finance tool. If you have skills in project management or coordinating it's a bonus.
Most importantly is that you have a great understanding of technology and how different tools can be used in the most efficient way for the business.
As a person we think you are communicative and can talk to people at all levels, you are able to see the big picture and of course a team player.
If you have an interest in HR and Finance systems it's a great advantage as is if you know some coding to be able to do adjustments.
Main game skills:
• Experience within system operations
• HR and Finance processes
• Business understanding
• Problem solving
• English, in written and spoken
Bonus game skills:
• Experience from HR and/or Finance systems
• Programming skills
