Context & Mission
In this role you will belong to the organization Strategy, Architecture andSystems (SAS) which is a part of Volvo CE Technology. On the global SAS schedulewe prioritize the formation and implementation of an aggressive IT-agenda thatwill bring us towards being one of the prominent organizations within this area.We are convinced that this is a major activity in maintaining our position as aleading company within our industry.
In this role you will take the responsibility for progressing the Volvo CEPDM solution Windchill in close dialogue and interaction with its customers andIT-portfolio owners. The Windchill PDM tool belongs to the PTC tool suite andis in implementation, together with other PTC tools, in our company. Thus, youwill be actively participating both in the runtime activities for the liveenvironment, as well as deeply involved in project activities for rolling outthe solution globally. The assignment has its base location in Eskilstuna,Sweden.

This recruitment is taking place at the same time as we recruit a newDirector for SAS Eskilstuna. At the same time the position of Solution Leaderfor Windchill is extremely important for SAS and our on-going programs. The SASleadership team has therefore decided to go ahead with the recruitment whereseveral leaders will participate in the recruitment process. By this approachwe will secure a very good anchoring in the process. We also expect the newdirector to be able to participate during the last stages of the recruitmentprocess.
