Solution Unit MAS/DCL
Solution Unit MAS/DCL "Market and Sell Total Offer/Deliver & Develop Customer Loyalty" is a global unit within Group IT. The mission of the unit is to ensure that the Volvo Group 's IT solutions and IT projects within the area of MAS/DCL are managed in an optimal way.

Solution Center Common Services
The Solution Center Common Services is the function, within Solution Unit MAS/DCL, that is managing delivery responsibilities for core solutions on the sub-portfolios Portals and Master Data Management. The function is also responsible to manage the DBS function,the ECom-platform as well as all Mobility solution deliveries. Solution Center Common Services has full responsibility for runtime (cost, quality of service) and for the delivery of projects.
The function is staffed with its own resources, including experts in the corresponding MAS/DCL-area complemented with resources coming from the Shared IT Services organization. The unit is supporting roadmap design and long term plan in its area and is responsible to drive deliveries according to the global solutions agenda.

Department Architecture and MDM
The Department Architecture and MDM is responsible for the management of all deliveries for core solutions in the master data portfolio (mainly VDA, CDB, CTDI & BALDO). Further, the Department is also hosting the MAS/DCL unit's architecture office. On the MDM side the team has full responsibility of onetime (cost, scope, quality) and runtime deliveries (SLA fulfillment, cost, quality of service). The function consists of Solution Leaders, Solution Experts, Team Leaders and Solution Architects complemented with resources from Shared IT Service

We are now looking for a Solution Leader for our Identity Management Tool BALDO
In this role you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager Architecture & MDM, Solution Unit MAS/DCL.

Role mission & context
As Solution Leader for BALDO, you are responsible to manage direct interaction with business stakeholders regarding solution requirements. It includes both one time(small enhancements and projects) and runtime (maintenance) deliveries in application management.
The solution leader will have to interact in close relationship with the delivery leader and the BALDO team placed in Wroclaw, Poland.

BALDO is our appointed Identity Management Tool for External User Authorisation. The solution leader is expected to have a very good knowledge and understanding of Identity Management

Key responsibilities
• Contribute to the establishment of the Solution Delivery Plan
• Secure that the Solution delivery plan is aligned with the level of business criticality for the solution
• Act as product owner
• Planning, organizing, reporting and follow up on the assignment
• Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed
• Propose needed service level targets (SLA)
• Propose the release plan for the solution including new development inline with business priorities
• Contribute to the capacity planning for the solution delivery
• When applicable participate in new development
• Secure user acceptance test
• Manage quality assurance of end user support
• Manage the Key User network
• Prioritize requirements from Key User Network
• Main point of contact for business requirement, roll out needs etc.
• Communicate Enhancement estimates to the Business Sub-portfolio manager

Wanted profile
As a Solution Leader you will create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. You have proven experience in business and excel in demonstrating core values according to the Volvo Way.
Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment.

Required competencies
• Relevant university degree
• Strong business understanding
• Knowledge and experience in the Identity Management area
• Ability to drive key users network, understand needs
• Ability to manage in a functional environment
• Ability to drive change
• Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
