Here you will work on the overall business requirements and what is important for the business. About the role
You will be part of a close-knit team of Architects from both Sweden and Serbia, but your everyday life is dedicated to the business area Payment solutions for stores. You are the link between business and IT to unite the goals of the business with the capabilities of technology. Here you have a central role in business development at the operational as well as strategic level, and a close collaboration with other Solution Architects, Account Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads and the management team. Some of your daily work will consist of:
• Visualizing the requirements of the business and implementing them into strategies that are consistent with the existing architecture and its design
• Aligning teams with the long-term goals and driving the work forward
• Presenting technical solutions to internal as well as external stakeholders
• Acting as a consultative partner between different teams and ranks in the organization
• Ensuring that architectural guidelines are followed and enforced over time
About you
We believe that you are a communicative person with a natural ability to present solutions to technical as well as non-technical stakeholders. You have a mind for efficiency and driving the business forward with a good overview of your own tasks and the overall IT development. Furthermore, you see the value of sharing your thoughts and knowledge but are also open and receptive to other thoughts and understand that communication is the path to success. Furthermore, things you have obtained along your journey are:
Relevant education in systems sciences or equivalent work experience
Several years of experience as a developer with leadership experience (such as tech-lead, Software Architect or solution architect))
A deep technical understanding
Good knowledge in systems development and its various programming languages
Fluent in English, both speech and writing
It is a merit if you have previous experience of Fintech or other transaction-intensive industries or has previously worked as a Solution Architect... that's what we call a jackpot!
