About the job
You will be an important part of an agile team working with the deliveries of the unit holder register for funds in the value stream Savings Distribution Services. You will deliver secure, appropriate and reliable IT services in the fund distribution area.
Your responsibilities as Software Engineer include to:
Contribute in all areas: analysis, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team
Proactively reduce the technical debt
Support the APO (Agile Product Owner) in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development of new features.
Have, and continue to gain, good knowledge of the business in the value stream.
Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems.
Be the responsible internal resource for IT tasks in order to make the incident handling, development, maintenance and implementation smooth and efficient when working with external consultants and vendors.
Design new tests, improve existing ones and execute tests in order to secure needed quality of the delivered software and IT service.
Continuously update existing documentation for the services.
Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code to improve over time.
Collaborate with the APO, business analysts and other roles to refine the product backlog to identify that the most valuable things are being worked on first.
What you need to succeed
You will need extensive experience from working as a Software Engineer and proven experience in software development.
You will also need to:
Have a positive mind-set
Fluent in agile way of working
Deep understanding of application structure including hardware
Able to perform investigations on assigned tasks alone
Proven knowledge of programming languages
Structured, systematic and interest in details
Solution-oriented
Strong team player
Proficient English and Swedish, spoken and written
Have an academic degree in IT, engineering or equivalent
