Job Description
As a Social Media Strategist at Dearsam.com you will build and execute social media strategies with the objective of growing our social media channels and brand awareness.
We are looking for a person who has a natural ability and genuine interest in PR, social media marketing and brand building. You're a digital native with a strong commercial mind and interest of art, interior design and fashion. You have experience of managing Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and You Tube.
You will plan, publish content, engage with the community and analyse performance on each platform and ultimately drive new sales for the business.
Role description:
• Plan, coordinate and execute communication through PR, social media and influencer
marketing on all existing and upcoming markets.
• Be responsible for coverage, evaluation and analysing of our social media channels (for example post campaign analysis).
• Together with our Social Media Manager develop and execute our overall social media
marketing strategy with the aim of driving reach, fan base growth and engagement.
• Optimize and establish best practice on each media platform.
• Keep track and report weekly and monthly all relevant social media KPIs
• Create and establish key relationships with top influencers around the world
• Create and publish unique content within various social media channels
• Create visual content
• Ensure high pace quality communication.
Desired skills and experience:
• Social media fan with a solid understanding of social media marketing and a heavy user of Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat and You Tube.
• Experience and a genuine and strong interest in art, fashion and interior design/ trends.
• Experience in working with CMS and social media analytics tools and to develop marketing strategies based on findings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience of social media and influencer marketing
• Performance and data driven with strong organisational and administrative skills.
• High level skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Creative and proactive problem solver.
• Experience of adjusting photos for web publishing. Photoshop skills is a plus, however not mandatory.
• Strategic and analytical mind set
• Very strong written and oral communication skills, both in English and Swedish.
The most important factor is your personality. We are a tight team with a common goal to have fun and build the best product and costumer experience. The job is full-time and you will be part of the marketing department, based at our HQ in Stockholm.
