About the role

As a Technical Lead & Opportunity Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving successful technical solutions within "the bid journey" within Smart Infrastructure (SI), with a focus on digitalization, smart buildings, and electrification. "Connecting the real and digital world".

You will have a central role in the SI Sales team, responsible for leading and driving successful technical processes within Smart Infrastructure, focusing on platforms, digital solutions, smart buildings, and electrification.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading the technical parts, from identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities to supporting Sales & Bid Management developing winning bid proposals.

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the bidding project aligns with the needs and expectations of the client.

• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the bidding process, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Analyzing Go To Market and identifying GAP 's and new business opportunities within Smart Infrastructure and digitalization.

• Collaborating with our technical experts, sales teams, and clients to ensure that our bids are competitive and meet the client's needs.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Tech person with expertise in Smart Infrastructure portfolio and a strong understanding of digitalization and smart buildings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and driving complex projects within Smart Infrastructure and digitalization in early sales phase.

• Strong knowledge of smart buildings and digital solutions within infrastructure and buildings.

• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure that our bids are competitive and meet market requirements.

• Collaborating with technical experts, sales teams, and clients to identify and understand the needs and requirements for each bid.

• Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

• Good understanding of market trends and business development within Smart Infrastructure and digitalization.

Personal Qualities:

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Analytical and strategic thinker, with the ability to coordinate and gather relevant information from various internal departments and external collaborators.
