We are looking for a motivated and energetic Site Logistics Coordinator for our Supply Chain team based in Stenungsund, Sweden.As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will plan and schedule daily Site material flows to maintain supply service level to internal and external customers. You will keep up to date the local balance of feedstock's and (co-)products and work in close cooperation with production site, commercial team and logistic team.As our new Site Logistics Coordinator in Borealis, these will be your main tasks:Plan, execute and coordinate customer orders end-to-end with both internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in business development projects, contribute with local expert knowledgePro-actively support troubleshooting activities in situation of short or long supply/demandDevelop together with Local and Central planning team tools and local interfacesHandle and monitor vessel imports and exportsNetwork with internal stakeholders regarding the material balanceRequired knowledge, skills and experienceBachelor degree preferable in process/supply chainPreferable 3-5 years of relevant process or supply chain experienceExcellent knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and EnglishExperience in working with SAP and MS Office tools is an advantageKnowledge in petrochemical processes is an advantage We wish you to be an initiative and pro-active person who has a strong motivation to work in close cooperation with others. You have the ability to prioritise and lead your own work successfully, willing to develop processes and manners continuously. You have good analytical and practical skills and you can communicate and network fluently with internal and external stakeholders, in both English and Swedish.
