hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Transmode Systems AB i Stockholm We are looking for a senior Signal Integrity engineer who wants to develop products for the future in optical telecommunication.
You have experience in designing and optimizing high speed serial links, signal integrity and power distribution networks.
You have also experience in tuning/optimization of SerDes I/O inside ASICs for optimal performance.
You have a genuine interest in PCB design and electronic design and want to be involved in the entire process, from requirements definition to the finished product working closely together with PCB manufactures in designing optimal stackups.
You have through knowledge of different high-speed signaling standards and compliance testing, in order to optimize the PCB board design regarding SI/PI performance and manufacturability.
You also have experience in optimizing active SerDes I/O for signal integrity and you can support and educate more junior colleagues. You like to work on projects with other disciplines. You are capable of working in teams but you are also able to move the work forward on your own.
Desired skills and experience:
• The candidate shall have a Master degree in Electronics, Engineering Physics or similar. For this position a PhD degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• The candidate shall have a thorough knowledge and 7+ years of experience in high-speed design, signal integrity and PDN design.
• The candidate shall have a thorough knowledge and 7+ years of experience with electromagnetic simulation tools, preferably 3D full-wave electromagnetic solvers (Simbeor, HFSS).
• The candidate shall have thorough experience and 7+ years' experience in high-frequency testing using for example BER-instruments, jitter analysis/compliance testing using oscilloscopes and vector network analyzers.
• The candidate shall be flexible, innovative and driven.
• The candidate shall be structured and thorough.
• The candidate shall have good knowledge of English in speech and writing
