We are looking to fill the position of Service Sales Leader for the Gothenburg region. In this role you will be responsible for attaining One GEHC service sales objectives within a region.

Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive organic growth in Service Sales both at Point of Sales and at renewal (revenue, capture rate and IB retention).
Lead and represent revenue numbers on a quarterly basis, forecasting and communicating direction, wins and action plans. Play a lead role in the strategy, development and presentation of all session planning.
Ensure seamless teamwork with the Equipment Sales, Services and Marketing teams to provide customer satisfaction
Define and implement service sales go to market approach that optimizes service sales resources utilization within a region.
Drive a good balance in resource allocation and focus on the various products and segments within the portfolio.
Work closely with the marketing team to identify new growth opportunities and create campaigns. Define the go to market approach, and define the structure needed to support the initiatives.
Cultivate and leverage customer relationships at the executive level, develop long-term customer relationships

Qualifications/Requirements:
Strategic Selling and negotiation skills.
Business and results oriented.
Radiology or Healthcare professional.
Comprehensive knowledge of Service products and equipment modalities
Service Environment knowledge.
Language proficiency in Swedish and English
Strong customer skills.
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
