Vattenfall IT is the internal provider of IT for the entire Vattenfall Group. Vattenfall IT is an international Staff Function that provides efficient and reliable IT-services and support. Vattenfall IT has around 1 400 employees spread across Vattenfall companies in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Poland and Sweden.Service Management is responsible for managing the relationship between IT Demand and IT Supply. Keyareas of responsibilities is to capture and translate new demands into an agreed Service and ensure that agreed services are delivered according the agreement. To constantly deliver energy and excellence in our international environment and too our customers, we now need to strengthen our Service Management organization with one senior and experienced Service Manager.
Main responsibilities
As Service Manager you work to ensure client satisfaction with our IT deliveries and services. You will be working close to our customers, understanding their challenges. You will work with multiple organizational interfaces to secure that our daily IT-deliveries (covering for example application & system agreements and projects) are fulfilling what is agreed upon to the right quality and at acceptable cost. You will be the manager questioning and pushing both IT Demand and IT Supply to secure a lean approach and to get the best value for Vattenfall.
You will work with our IT -Supply managers and align the customer deliveries with our IT Demand organization on the demand side as well as directly with our customers.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated customer service manager, or similar, with several years of experience preferably from energy industry. You have a documented background of high customer satisfaction rankings and ability to turnaround underperforming operations to meet or exceed performance goals.
You are a respected builder and leader of customer-focused teams; instill a shared, enthusiastic commitment to customer service as a key driver of company goal attainment. Lead by example and ensure the execution our demanding operations policies.
Documented experience within some of the following areas are meritorious:

• Customer Service Management
• Cost-Reduction Strategies
• Operations Management / Optimization
• Customer Satisfaction Enhancement
• Continuous Quality improvement
• Complaint Handling & Resolution
• Order/SLA/Project Fulfillment
• Leading & Managing virtual teams

As a person you are lojal, serviceminded, selfdriven, flexible and strucured.
We are a true functional organization so some traveling and international experience is expected. You are expected to communicate in English, written and spoken.
