hela Sverige We now have an opportunity for you to become the Service Manager in our Automation Systems business line for the Scandinavian service team.
A Service Manager at Valmet leads a team of professionals who work with products that have the reputation of being the market leader, and having the most advanced product portfolio for pulp and paper automation.
The product portfolio consists of DCS, QCS and Analyzers/Measurements. The team provides predictive maintenance, upgrades and extensions for the installed base. Whilst, also participating in new delivery projects together with operations colleagues from Finland. In this job you are one of our customers' most important contacts, ensuring that our commitments are fulfilled. You are supported by technical experts in the local team as well as from the product groups in Tampere and Kajaani, Finland.
We are looking for an expert communicator and team builder that is ready to develop the service team along with our customer relationships.
Position
Service Manager, Automation systems Scandinavia
Profit and loss responsibility
Collaborate with sales teams
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the service team
Ensure customer satisfaction (deliver and exceed customer commitments)
Perform financial and other internal reporting eg. quality, must wins, KPI's
Work proactively with any personnel related tasks throughout the year
The position is based in Karlstad, Sweden
Qualifications
Relevant engineering degree
Experience of leading other teams
Communicative and ready to delegate responsibility to allow growth in others
Ability to act and take decisions even in difficult situations
Organized, with an ability to prioritize whilst multi-tasking
Fluent in English and Swedish
Driving license class B and willingness to travel within Scandinavia
