We are searching for a Service Engineer to join our team at ABB E-mobility in Sweden. If you like various working days, trying out new things and truly want to contribute to a sustainable society - then maybe you're the one we're looking for?
In this role you will work with service for our installed base of DC charges, be responsible for supporting customers and be an active member of the service team. You will report to the local Service Man-ager at ABB E-mobility and work to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
We are a driven team of 20 people who work mainly from Västerås, Gothenburg, Gävle and Norrköping. We sell, manage operations and work with service for chargers all over Sweden. For us, it is important to have fun together and we always take the time to care about each other. Quality and safety are our most important values and permeate everything we do.
Your responsibilities
Commissioning, preventive maintenance and remote support of charging infrastructure for cars, buses and trucks.
Assist customers with support, both remotely and on site.
You have a lot of contact with customers and overall responsibility for selected customers' service agreements.
You contribute to the team by supporting in sales and projects when needed.
You share ABB's fundamental values regarding safety and integrity, which means that you take responsibility for your
own actions while also feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business operations.
Your background
You are fluent in both English and Swedish, both in speech and writing.
You can read both mechanical and electrical drawings, and if you are also an experienced user of measuring equipment,
that is an advantage.
You have a B-drivers license and very good computer skills.
As a person, you have social skills, meticulous and always put safety first in the work you do.
You have a positive attitude and an open and empathetic mind towards customers and colleagues.
As travel is included in the job, it is important that you enjoy being on the road and working on your own.
Meritorious if you have knowledge of Linux or another programming language.
Meritorious if you have years of experience as electrician.
