ADB Safegate work around the globe and we are a multicultural company. At the office in Malmo, we are many different nationalities from all corners of the world. The team reports to our Service Manager Cihan. He has great knowledge of our systems and products since he has extensive experience from the industry and within ADB Safegate. Since Cihan is out travelling on different service assignments it is important to him that the team members are self-driven, engaged and likes to act and take own responsibilities. The team consist of Patrik and Mustafa who are engaged, responsible, social, positive and serviceminded. They have no problem to socialize after working hours with our customers over a dinner to get to know them and their culture better. Mustafa will continue his career and move on to another department within the company and therefore we are looking for a new team member.
We are looking for you who just like us wants to work in a practical role as Service Engineer around the globe towards different cultures. Your work assignments
As Service Engineer at ADB Safegate you will get the opportunity to participate in our commercial projects in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe and to some extent also globally. Your tasks will be various, you will test and commission our advanced airport solutions and systems, train our clients on how to use the systems and handle support related matters in the region. The position demands travelling around 150 days per year.
Your background
Your main task will be commissioning and understanding of advanced airport solutions. We believe you have a technical high school degree (e.g YH) and a couple of years experience as an electrical technician. You can also be newly graduated with a higher degree in engineering or computer science, preferably with focus on data communication or electrical engineering. If you also have experience in our area, it's meritorious.

Driven, structured, self-dependent and extrovert are qualities that characterize you. You enjoy meeting people and have the ability to learn new things and adapt new environments. You are independent, energetic, used to taking initiative, good at communicating and working in different cultural environments.As a person, you need to be proactive, open minded and accountable. You have a natural drive and enjoy working with other people. You are positive and open to new challenges. To be close to the office as well as the airports we expect you are living in the Malmoe region.It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently and it is an advantage if you speak Swedish, German, French or any other additional language.
