Service Delivery Manager with Oracle SOA competence
As a Service Delivery Manager you will play important roles in the coordination of Tarento's delivery of services and products on site at one or several of our customers. It's also vital that you have high skills within Oracle SOA suite and/or other integrations platforms. As the manager for service delivery, an important task is to set up stream lined processes, routines and SLAs. Furthermore you will play an important role in one or more steering committees, though which demands and change request will be channeled towards Tarento. You will be a part of a team of several highly experienced consultants and will report directly to the Vice President of Delivery.
Your background
As a consultant you need to be a good listener and show respect towards the people you work with. You have excellent analytic skills and break down each challenge into a detailed level. Your solutions are always based on systematic and rational reasoning and you perform your work in a very organized way. It is crucial to have a strong personal drive and you approach setbacks as a way to grow. You have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives. Excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English is required as you will cooperate with teams in different geographic areas.
When it comes to your technical skills, the following is the minimal requirements;
• Demonstrated performance in creation and execution of financial and business models required
• Minimum 4 years of experience using Oracle SOA Suite
• Working experience in Oracle Fusion AIA 2.x based Integration Projects
• Knowledge and good understanding of AIA Framework
• Good knowledge and understanding of AIA foundation pack architecture
• Knowledge and good Understanding and hands on experience in Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, BAM, ESB
• Experience in designing and applying integration patterns to solve various business problems applying SOA principles
