We are currently seeking:
• A Service Delivery Manager who will manage, operate and maintain the service in production according to Operational Level Agreements. It also involves coordinating activities related to the infrastructure and applications from the availability and quality perspective. You will act as the main contact person controlling a stable and secure production environment for delivery of services (business applications or infrastructure services) to meet all the agreed OLA requirements and targets. You must have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different problems but also look at the big picture. It is essential that you are a good communicator with high drive and are responsive and flexible.
Requirements:
• Coordinate the production organization in reaching and improving the operational, availability and quality parameters that affect the service
• Review and approve changes in production and participate in Change Advisory Boards(CAB)
• Ensure productivity, quality and conformity of the service with the existing standards.
• Ensure efficiency (quality, availability, reliability) of the runtime service
• Ensure availability management, provide security and service continuity plans as defined in the OLA
• Ensure the service in runtime according to OLA
• Manage service according to financial plans and optimizing production costs
• Operate application in runtime and establish the AOM service for application portfolios
• Drive and ensure that AOM and Infrastructure services are managed according to decided processes
• Ensure OLA demands are clearly understood and communicated among Infrastructure delivery and the manager of the delivery of the service.
• Follow up on OLA and report quality
• Optimize costs for operations of the service
