Come join us in the next level of success by managing the core service delivery process for one of the world’s leading poker B2B networks. As part of our team, you get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in the fast growing market of online gaming and poker.
Your place at the table
The successful candidate will be central part of the service delivery organisation responsible for supplying our B2B partners with the highest service availability. As we are working with Agile development methods in the fast paced industry of online gaming our customers have high demands on timely and correct information and coordination of our product updates. Your main tasks will consist of:
Coordinating product releases in terms of external communication packages, internal updates and release follow-ups.
Service Level Agreement management. Reviewing, updating, reporting and expanding, both from a technical implementation and internal documentation perspective.
Ensuring that full revenue analysis and technical impact analysis for product releases are produced and distributed internally.
Overall process ownership and execution responsibility regarding service delivery processes.
Compiling and planning Service Documentation together with Product Management.
Partner focused incident and problem management.
Aligning with the Marketing department on release promotion plans.
Your gaming skills and experience
This is a position where you need to work independently, be goal-oriented and service minded. You are an accomplished problem solver and your drive allows you to perform many tasks simultaneously, also in high-pressure situations. Your social skills are an important part of making the service delivery process a success. Preferred background and skills should include, but are not limited to:
A natural talent for organisation and structure.
Experience from an IT service organisation.
Business and service mindset.
Documentation skills, both operational and technical.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
As a professional within a B2B organisation, you need to combine the qualities of a strong achiever with being a natural team player. You need to be organized and efficient and have the ability to build and sustain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
