Service Delivery Leader - Onetime deliveries

IOS is the unit in charge of all Volvo group IT infrastructure services. As the majority of these services are delivered by a partner, the mission of the department is to focus at governing and controlling this partner, as well as managing the remaining IT infrastructure delivery teams in Volvo.
Service Management
The mission of Service Management is to manage the infrastructure and end-users services catalog, projects, and deliveries, in order to optimize the partner deliveries and cost.
There are three main service portfolios, each subdivised in a few sub-portfolios: application infrastructure, core infrastructure and end user services.
We are looking for a Service Delivery Leader for our Onetime deliveries from HCL
In this role you will be reporting to the manager Service Project and Portfolio management and you will work within the onetime governance team within the SPP department. Your scope will be the infrastructure services porfolio.
Role Mission & Context
As a Service Delivery Leader for onetime within infrastructure you will interface mainly within Group IT and with our external partner. You will work together with Group IT representatives and our partner to make sure the deliveries are according to plan. You will do analyses within the onetime area and run improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Compare the actual service levels with the targeted service levels in cooperation with the supplier
• Consolidate end-user and business stakeholders satisfaction with actual service level in a common dashboard, to monitor the supplier's performance
• Provide report and alerts regarding actual service levels. Follow up on SLAs and report quality within the onetime area.
• If target service level is not met, challenge and assist the supplier(s) with the development and implementation of corrective action plans
• Assist in escalations from the Volvo Group regarding onetime deliveries
• Work with audits and continuous service improvement activities regarding the onetime processes
• The service delivery leader also liaises between Volvo teams (Onsite, Solution Units,) and HCL, in particular regarding escalations and complex issues requiring the SDL expertise and authority to be solved.
