hela Sverige Senior Test Engineer - Infrastructure & Automation
We are looking for a driven and highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to support a customer project focused on IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in automated testing, combined with a solid understanding of on-premise cloud environments and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions.
Location: Helsingborg
Start date: To be agreed
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and execute automated test cases for advanced infrastructure environments
Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are testable and meet quality standards
Analyze results, troubleshoot defects, and drive issues to resolution
Contribute to the development and improvement of test automation frameworks and processes
Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in infrastructure testing and automation
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven expertise in automated testing tools and methodologies
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including compute, storage, networking, and virtualization
Hands-on experience with OpenStack and its core services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Shared Services, Orchestration)
Solid background in testing infrastructure and IaaS solutions
Skilled in creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test documentation
Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience testing high-availability and disaster recovery configurations
Certifications related to test automation or cloud infrastructure are a plus
