hela Sverige For our customer, Fazer Services in Stockholm are we now looking for a technical expert who will be working in providing application services for nominated solutions, including both support and development activities for internal customers.
Support in practice includes 2nd level support for 1st level support functions, which requires technical expertise, accountability of maintenance operations, up-to-date documentation and understanding of ICT support processes. You will act as a technical specialist in development projects and together with your colleagues, you will help to find up-to-date solutions for customers. Active interaction with local or international vendors, internal customers in Nordic countries and other Fazer Services teams will be an essential part of your job. You will report to Senior Manager, Restaurant IT Solutions.
We wish from you
We expect you to have at least three years of experience with ICT service delivery and technologies in a multivendor environment and in a multicultural organization. Understanding of end-to-end business processes in restaurant sector, both in restaurants and in contract catering market is beneficial. Experience of production planning and purchasing solutions is essential. Knowledge of SAP solutions, integrations, or online services would be beneficial. Strong problem solving skills, quality oriented mindset and an analytical approach describes you well. You are used to working with multiple stakeholders in different parts of your organization and have the capability to plan you work and work independently. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish are mandatory. Finnish, Norwegian and Danish skills are an asset in this role. Your professionalism is based on a Master's or Bachelors' degree or professional experience gained through practical experience.
