We are recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer in our Site Services department.
In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by being the technical lead for all site related operations, procedures and small projects. You will act as the local business partner to capture all IT needs. This includes providing 1st and 2nd line support and identifying possibilities to improve the service. Collaboration with the Global Service Desk is key to deliver excellent Level 1 and 2 support. This team member must pro-actively check the ticketing queue and ensure that all incidents and requests assigned to the team are addressed to meet the agreed SLA. Keeping customers informed of progress and logging of resolutions for future reference according the incident management process is essential. Provides quality service to our customers through efficient incident management, request fulfilment, problem investigation and resolution tasks. This senior role is also required to exercise advanced technology skills to contribute to special projects undertaken by the global Infrastructure teams, provide technical leadership and mentoring to other Site Services staff, and support the Manager of the Site Services team.
