Klarna is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to the office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Klarna is expanding in every direction - in our product portfolio, in our organization and to new countries. In this exponential growth we are also focusing on developing our ways of working. This truly is a dynamic work environment and now we need people that love the kind of challenges that arise in this situation.

In the engineering division we have recently implemented scrum. We are half-way there and we still have some challenges to overcome. Now we need a senior Scrum Master to help us develop our ways of using Scrum.

As a Senior Scrum Master you coach teams, managers and other Scrum Masters as well. You have a key role in the Engineering division but will also need to function as a bridge between business and IT. Hence you will need to be able to build strong relationships around the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Scrum certification with a minimum of 5 years hands on experience of leading scrum teams
• We value a strong record of getting things done in combination with leadership and coaching skills and a pro-active mindset
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree is a plus

The position is based at Klarna HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and you will report to the Head of Project & Process.
