Responsibilities
As an SAP Functional Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing end-to-end application including initiate, design, create functional requirements, test and configurations in the SAP solution. You will work in a team of highly competent people with advanced SAP platform which is used globally in H&M Group. You can work with both global roll out of the template solution or strategic maintenance over time with lots of opportunities to learn and develop and take part in different initiatives. We strive for compliance, quality and efficiency in all our financial, accounting and controlling processes and solutions.
You will enable business development by your system and business knowledge, where you propose and design high level changes for future solutions and guide in questions regarding design of roll-out or other projects to secure the global template. Key Responsibilities:
Align business and technical requirements with SAP VIM solutions.
Secure invoice workflows in SAP VIM and make modifications when necessary.
Facilitate collaboration across teams for delivery progress.
Manage configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Drive project tasks independently, giving regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Undertake the role of lead functional engineer in a small team.
Qualifications
This is a full-time permanent position with placement onsite in our Stockholm, Sweden office.
Competence and Technical Skills:
Competence and deep knowledge in SAP VIM & related SAP Fiori apps.
Competence and deep knowledge in SAP ECC modules FI, CO, MM with ABAP development experience beneficial.
Understanding of best practice purchase to pay processes.
Experience with invoice document capture tools and integration into SAP.
Experience with S/4 HANA migration projects preferred.
Knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, and agile way of working is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in leading workshops.
Strong change management and functional documentation skills.
Proficient in English, comfortable with international collaborations.
Strong individual initiative and teamwork skills.
Ability to lead a team and coach others to contribute to development, growth and high performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Lead Functional Engineer experience with at least 5 years.
Have extensive experience with SAP VIM and integration in to SAP ECC
Have 9+ years of experience within SAP FI, CO, MM modules and should have been part of at least 2 implementations and 1 support project.
Have good understanding in MM-FICO integrations.
Are dynamic, collaborative, and curious.
Are flexible and able to work in an environment that may not be formalized yet.
Have leadership experience, ability to coach others in a way that enables them to grow professionally and to increase their performance.
Have experience working with agile practices.
