About Your Job:
In this role you will be part of our team and continue to ensure that our customers have a five star experience when contacting our Stockholm office.

You will be handling requests from agents in Scandinavia, send quotes and confirmations, make reservations and make continuous follow-ups. Your daily work will also contain refunds in BSP-link, coordinating FAM-trips and issue tickets.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will need documented experience from within an Airline or a Travel Agency. Minimum 2 years experience in an Airline or a Travel Agency. You will also ideally have Airline basic tariff courses. Besides strong Amadeus knowledge, good computer skills are required in this role. You should have excellent English language ability; both verbally and written. You must also be fluent in Norwegian, and preferably Swedish.

You are service-minded, good communicator and have strong ability to maintain a good structure through all of your daily responsibilities. You must also be able to work well under pressure.
