We are now looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to Saltside, an exciting product company in central Gothenburg!

Saltside building leading online marketplaces in underserved markets, while creating sustainable value for the community. Currently Saltside operates top classified sites in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ghana, and Nigeria. In these markets the vast majority of people are yet to go online for the first time ? and we think they should be greeted by high quality services and a great end-user experience when they do.
As a Senior Quality Engineer at Saltside, you are the customers advocate within the software team. You have industry-leading technical abilities that enable you to ensure that code developed, and projects using that code - are of the highest quality, meet all target requirements, and produce a superior customer experience.
Responsiblites
• You should be a self-driven individual who can work with minimal guidance and has strong quality engineering mind-set
• Collaborate with project/product team and identify/prepare End to End test activities
• Develop/maintain test automation framework, update automation test suits and implement CI/CD
• Ensure complete lifecycle of QE. From test requirement gathering to final verification and test assets management.
• You should have automation first and automation only mindset individual and know how to convert manual work into automation
Requirements
• Has 5+ years of experience in software development and testing
• Strong hands on experience in Java/Ruby scripting
• Strong on Automation using Selenium WebDriver, testNG / Junit tools
• Proficient in API testing
• Experience in testing web applications
• Experience in testing mobile application is a Plus
• Experience in Agile driven development and TDD model
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
• You have great communication skills in both written and verbal English
