hela Sverige The role as Project Manager in the CAM Program will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories, where Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
The Senior Project Manager role will primarily be responsible for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWT) for the Upstream 2 project. The role involves a high degree of seniority and responsibility with tasks ranging from:
Overall project management responsibility, for the entirety of the WWT project
Financial and budget responsibilities
Process and design oversight for WWT process and overall area
Timeline and schedule, ensuring the achievement of milestones and timely project delivery.
Commissioning and completion of project, with successful handover to operations
The Senior Project Manager will also support the wider CAM business unit, namely the following:
As Senior Environmental Engineer, for the Aurora project during the licensing and permitting stage.
Skills & Requirements
• A Masters degree in Engineering or MBA/Relevant University Degree
• 8+ years working experience
• Track record of successful Project Management, with WWT experience, ideally in a fast growing environment.
• Track record of implemented/undertaking complex environmental matter ideally in production/construction environments.
• Must have worked in multi-cultural environment
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience and interest in manufacturing industry is a plus
Specific Skills/Abilities
• Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
• Highly organized and result-driven
• An eye for detail
• Exceptionally good co-ordination and problem-solving skills
• Has a can do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management
• Ability to work in a high profile and often high pressured international environment
