As Senior Product Owner you will manage data & analytics products and have the holistic view of the whole area. You will work close together with the other product owners to ensure we have a modern seamless digital landscape fit for purpose, enabling our co-workers to be more productive and successful.

Insights & Safeguarding area is part of Digital Business Support domain and provides tools, data and insights to help colleagues across IKEA take good decisions, to operate IKEA on a day-to-day basis and design the IKEA business model of the future. Capabilities and products we manage within the team is within Financial & Procurement BI & Analytics, Planning & Forecasting, Insights & Planning Enablers (BI tools), Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Audit and Security, and Legal & Operations Governance. We work cross-functional, where you will collaborate and work side-by-side with many colleagues within Group Digital and Business Functions.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Your energy is generated by delivering outstanding digital products and collaborating with people. Through your previous experience you know how to build and grow agile product teams and you see an ever-changing environment as a constant flow of opportunities and learning. Since you lead by example, you are passionate about building trusted relationships and quantify customer needs and business opportunities with quantitative and qualitative research and leverage insights to create and improve high quality products. You are curious and have innovative mindset on how to design and provide amazing user experience and inspire others to do the same.
In this role you will report to the Product Manager and the position will be located in Malmö or Helsingborg, Sweden.
