We're looking for a Senior Operational Purchaser to assist in our customer?s Freelancers project.
Background
The Consultant Order Desk at our customer?s Indirect Material & Services supports our client?s many legal entities with the purchasing of external resources. They are looking for a motivated, professional and well-organized consultant based in or nearby Älmhult to join their team. Previous experience from our customer is preferred. The main place of work will be Älmhult, with some travel to Malmö and Helsingborg required. The assignment is for a trial basis until August 31st, 2015, with the possibility of an extension or employment after that time.
Tasks
Operational purchasing of freelancer services within a variety of areas, ranging from carpentry and interior design to communications and marketing areas such as copywriting, graphic design and film. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and help ensure that the right competence can be found for assignments.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
Contracting the services using our customer?s contract templates, placing purchase orders, handling operational issues, and interacting with both internal stakeholders and freelancers
Knowledge
Contracting skills, negotiation skills, administrative skills, and stakeholder and supplier management.
Experience in
Purchasing, procurement or communications.
Other
Understanding our customer?s values.
