The Senior Marketing Artist will work with the Art Director to define and formulate the vision for marketing our games. In a close collaboration with the Art Department, Producer and third-party contributors, they will provide Tarsier and publishers with our style guide and all necessary assets and material for the creation of logos, icons, screenshots compositions and trailers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with external third-parties; the ability to provide useful, effective art direction; an understanding of the vision and intentions of the game, and a strong understanding of all the tools and software required for the creation of beautiful, high-quality marketing material. This is a hybrid role: part direction & co-ordination, and part asset-creation.
Main responsibilities
Collaborate with the Art Director, Marketing Team and third-party contributors to design and create marketing assets using 2D, 3D and video production tools.
Provide direction and feedback to all parties involved in the creation and delivery of relevant assets.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience working with marketing material
Experience working with 3D character models including posing, lighting and rendering
Strong visual design skills, with the ability to communicate how to achieve visual targets
Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
Comfortable in a multi-discipline and iterative setting
Passion for video games and graphic design
Proficient in Maya
Plusses

Understanding of Unreal Engine 4
Creative and artistic nature
Traditional 2D sketching and composition skills
