hela Sverige We are currently looking for a senior backend developer that will join our team and focus on Magento 1 development, and especially focus on payment and general integrations, stability and extending Magento 1 core functionality to enable new highly valuable solutions to the organisation. You like to work in teams, where you can take lead in technical discussions but also listen and support when called for.
What you'll be up to
You will join a team that are prestige-less, problem solving oriented and flexible. The team is responsible for delivering business-critical solutions to Daniel Wellington's e-commerce plattform. As our teams works cross-functionally you will also collaborate closely with people in other functions as well.
You will be responsible for... (but not exclusively)
• Develop and maintain our current e-commerce site at danielwellington.com
• Development on Magento 1 will include payment gateways, tax systems, service integrations, module trouble-shooting, and shipping systems. It may also include extending the current REST-API.
• Optimise the Magento 1 platform and Module API's for performance and availability
• Develop components with deep respect for the privacy and high security standards
• Working with analysing our e-commerce platforms in order to make them compliant with the new GDPR regulations.
We work in a fast paced and changing environment and it's important that you feel comfortable in such.
• We believe you have specific experience in customising and configuring the Magento 1.x code-base.
• Experience with an enterprise-grade e-commerce platform, preferably dealing with physical goods, international taxes, and international shipping from multiple distribution centers.
• Experience with HTTP/REST APIs and integrating with existing systems
• Familiar with TLS, web caching, and networking
• Experience building, using, supporting, and debugging object-oriented PHP/ MySQL web applications.
• Working knowledge of distributed source code management using Git
The following are nice to have:
-Experience deploying applications in large-scale AWS infrastructure.
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
-Proficient in a Linux environment
-Experience working with an ERP system like Navision
-Experience writing scripts in any of the following: Bash, Python, Go Experience with configuration management applications
