This role, working as part of the Region North development team, is to use proven technologies within an agreed framework, to develop, deliver and maintain business applications. Delivery of these applications must at least meet agreed Service Levels and any governance or compliance requirements. As IT Service professional you will manage and support system developments as required by designing and configuring to agreed specifications, testing and documenting.
You will provide proactive maintenance and support in conjunction with Support/Systems teams with an aim to ensure no unplanned down time of business applications. Ensure all current known activities are documented and any changes performed in accordance with agreed change management procedures. Furthermore, you will resolve incidents as required and carry out Service Requests/Operational Tasks including diligent release management and testing in accordance with IT Service Management standards.
What do we expect from you?
2+ years' experience, preferably in a financial company, in a technical support role with business process, system architecture. Absolute integrity demonstrated over time.
Drive and self-motivation, achieving targets and results, being comfortable working individually or as part of a global team virtually. Being a team player and taking the time to assist colleagues and support team members in achieving goals and objectives.
Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills are also important. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English is required, other Nordic languages as well as Spanish, French and/or German is a merit.
