The arena
The CEVT HR department has several specialized solutions for Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Global mobility, etc. The HR unit, just as CEVT as a whole is an international and multi-cultural environment.
The role
As a Senior HRBP at CEVT, you will cooperate with one or several business units and you will work with business leaders and management teams to provide proactive and professional HR support. As the successful candidate, you are self-propelling and experienced in all major HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management, union negotiations, etc. Furthermore, we want you to have strong knowledge and expertise in one or several additional areas: Work Environment, Change Management, Labor Law, and/or Labor Relations. These are all fields where CEVT HRBPs provide strong business value and support to the organization. Depending on your experience and level of expertise, you can lead projects or co-pilot initiatives led by other experts in the requested areas.
We are particularly eager to find a senior HRBP with strong expertise in labor law and labor relations.
CEVT is a very dynamic company. As the successful candidate, you are a skilled and experienced problem solver. You have a solution-oriented and flexible mindset. The role will include a wide range of HR-related questions, so you must be prepared to work both strategically, as well as with daily operations.

The preferred start date is as soon as possible.
Previous experiences
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP role in which you have been supporting managers, business leaders, and management teams
• Highly knowledgeable in Swedish labor law in order to provide advice to managers and leaders
• Documented experience from union negotiations and labor relations
• Experiences from working with HR in an international environment
Qualifications

• Service-minded and professional
• Strong business acumen
• Skilled communicator
• You must be fluent in both written and oral English
