The last three years we have built up a common HR Operations function for all divisions within Epiroc Rock Drills in Örebro, with the aim to align the HR work and make a strong and efficient team. Now we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to be part of this exciting and challenging journey.
As Senior HR Business Partner you're responsible for contributing to and implementing HR strategic work, including strategy, tactical development and operational planning to secure business needs in the division you're primarily supporting. You will be a part of local, functional management team in the division, supporting them regarding People Management and organizational decisions. Together with the HR Operations team you're also collaborating and working with the extended Rock Drill AB's HR network to maintain alignment in the function.
Focus areas in this job
You will have a wide range of different tasks, including responsibility for implementing and using the leadership model in the local division. Coaching managers in HR related matters will be a large part of your day-to-day activities as well as ensuring support to local, functional management teams regarding leadership development. In your division you will be involved in different annual processes such as Salary Review, Talent and Leadership Review and Performance Management. You will also be engaged in continuous improvement projects within HR as well as organize and execute leadership workshops on a regular basis along with providing senior support in labor law issues.

Required background to fit the role
