10+ Years Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of software applications
5+ Years Core Banking, Corporate Banking and Retail Banking Integration Experience
5+ Years Oracle Financial Services FlexCube Core Banking, Front End and Database Schemas
5+ Years experience in Bank Migration, Business Analysis, Gap Analysis, Enhancements, Reporting and Implementation of FlexCube CORE Banking product
5+ Years expertise in loan syndication migration, international and domestic payments, SWIFT, SEPA, lending and deposits, limits and facilities, cards, money Market, collections, foreign exchange, Interest & Charges(IC), regulatory including BASEL II and IFRS.
5+ Years Canonical Messaging, XML Schemas and Message Oriented Middleware
5+ Years Oracle Database and Oracle P-SQL Development
5+ Years experience with defining an Enterprise Business Event Ontology
5+ Years experience in multinational bank migration
5+ Years technical IT/MIS management experience
3+ Years RM/ODP and/or TOGAF Architecture Frameworks
3+ Years UML
3+ Years Experience Domain Neutral Enterprise Architecture Framework
2+ Years Aurenav AIC, TVE and MPAS component frameworks

Special Conditions:
Successful candidate must be able to pass technical interview, technical skills assessment, criminal background check, drug screening, credit check and be bondable. Extensive travel in North America and Europe required (must be able to obtain US and EU visas and work permits)
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a broad architectural background or a strong understanding and interest in Enterprise Architecture Experience within the Retail / Core Banking Domain with experience in delivering across various and diverse architectural and business domains in addition to managing teams in a large corporate organization. The successful candidate will be experienced across Manufacturing and Distribution and Team Leading skills and experience.
You will define and evolve Enterprise architectures across Core banking technologies. This will entail facilitating of the project design process to ensure a timely and quality outcome is meets stakeholder (business and IT) needs.
Responsibilities include:
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• High-level influencing, providing technical leadership and strategic advice
• Leading role in setting the IT Architectural framework
• Provide strategic IT investment guidance
• Understand future requirements and ensure IT investment optimization and alignment
• Strategic guidance in the design for architecture compliant projects and activities
• Supports and assists Enterprise Architects in the preparation of architecture detail
